If you receive a Ukrainian pension in Belgium, save this information. The memo, prepared by the Office of the Ombudsman of Ukraine with the support of the UN Refugee Agency, explains what to do if your pension has been suspended, what are the ways to get identified, and how to notify the Pension Fund of Ukraine about not receiving a pension from the Russian Federation.
You can confirm your identity in several ways: online via "Diya.Pidpis", during a video call with the Pension Fund of Ukraine, or through Ukrainian diplomatic missions abroad.
