(b) does not lead the public to believe that the third party benefits from the support, sponsorship, approval or endorsement of EUKR ASBL where this is not the case;

(c) is not made in connection with any unlawful activity or any activity incompatible with the aims and principles of EUKR ASBL.

If the use of the EUKR emblem complies with these conditions, no separate written permission is required.

The EUKR emblem remains excluded from the Creative Commons licence applicable to other content on this website.
